The SICI Group has a long history in the real estate world thanks to one of his company SICI Inmobiliario SA (SICI), which was founded at the end of the 80s by two large financial groups. Since its inception, SICI has financed singular and large real estate projects, such as; marinas in Gelves (Seville), offices as the Indocentro Tower in Madrid, hotels as the Alcázar de la Reina in Carmona, as well as exclusive resorts in Estepona or in Benalmádena Leisure Port. SICI has also financed plots for residential developments with golf course.

Since 1999, SICI is owned by the Beltrán family, chaired by Mr. Federico Beltrán Rodríguez and continues its real estate activity now mainly focused on the Andalusian territory.
After more than 25 years in the (financial) field of large projects and complex urban developments, SICI feels it is time to also enjoy small-scale real estate projects, where the control of the detail throughout the process, as an artisan, has a prominent place.
